Consulting
We determine your specific needs and requirements with our best advice. These can differ whether you’re a beginner or a music student working towards an exam. Our expertise and experience gives you arguments for advising pupils, students and parents in order to find the best possible clarinet together.
TESTING
An instrument must be played in order to convince the player. This is why we send the selected model or a comparably equipped instrument whenever possible. As a teacher, you can assess the keywork, handling, quality and sound of the clarinet and suggest possible adjustments for your pupils and students. Testing creates confidence and gives you the certainty that you are making the right decision.
Ordering
Once you have selected the product line, model, keywork and features of your clarinet, we can start the ordering process. Clarinets of the brands Schwenk & Seggelke and JSB are made according to your specifications. Clarinets of the brand Seggelke-Line are usually directly available. We look forward to supplying you with a high-quality and customized SEGGELKE clarinet. For children’s hands, we can also send a rental instrument especially made for small hands until it’s time to play on a regular sized clarinet.

Our SEGGELKE clarinets are made by experienced hands in our workshop in Bamberg. Each clarinet is carefully crafted and undergoes strict quality controls. We only use carefully selected tonewoods from our own wood storage, which are known for their warm and expressive sound. The precise workmanship and craftsmanship of our team guarantee easy playability and excellent sound quality.

Comfort & ergonomics
At SEGGELKE, we know how important comfort and ergonomics are for musicians. That is why we have placed particular emphasis on the design and feel of our clarinets. Every detail, from the fingering to the weight distribution, has been optimized to ensure comfortable and effortless playing. Children in particular initially have problems with their smaller hands making full use of the keywork designed for adult hands. We also have a solution for this: The models D12 (Schreiber) and 621 KH (F.A.Uebel) are specially designed for small hands and can be rented or purchased from us on a temporary basis until the hands are big enough for other instruments.
Sustainability & longevity
As a responsible clarinet workshop, the environment is close to our hearts. We get our wood from sustainably managed sources. Our clarinets are not only of the highest quality, but also durable and resistant. Many music schools, colleges and conservatories also entrust us with the maintenance and repairing of SEGGELKE clarinets, which we are of course happy to carry out to ensure that the instruments remain in working order for many years.
